Our 2 acres property with two houses, a Main House and Guest House is just 15 minutes drive from Key West:

The Main House has Four bedrooms and Two baths, and the Guest House has two bedroom suites, each with their own bathrooms. Both have a new kitchen with full appliances. They sit adjacent to the high-ceiling living area with beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

Architecturally designed in Caribbean ConchEstyle, both the main and guest house of your "Key West Accommodation" are unique in their fortified construction, and built fairly recently. They are nestled on beautifully lush property with a large variety of exotic tropical fruit trees. You can enjoy this garden setting in a relaxed privacy as it is surrounded by an impressive 7 feet high gated white fence.

Our casual elegant atmosphere sets the tone for a resplendent Florida Keys vacation rentals holiday at one of the finest islands in the Florida Keys. Our property set against the shimmering Atlantic with its spectacular sunrise and sunset is the choice for the upscale yet value-conscience traveler.

Every room on the Atlantic side has two sets of French doors opening onto their own private verandahs to let in the refreshing trade winds. The house is designed with Caribbean colors, tropical art and sculptures.

Enjoy our living room, dining area, and full modern kitchen that open through three sets of French doors to the spacious Caribbean porch, just perfect for sharing our sugar apples, papya or mangos from our garden. You can relax in the evening in tranquil luxury while watching the ocean and blue sky darken until the water reflects the moon and starry night. A romantic place for your Key West Accommodation.

Provided for big and little kids are a half basketball court and wooden playground set with swings, slide and climbing bars. Kids love the main house because of the room to room breezeways which they use as secret walkways when playing hide and seek.

Our Estate is a one of a kind Key West accommodation in the Florida Keys. It is perfect if you wish to delight in exotic fruits, flowers and herbs from our extensive tropical fruit garden. You will find many seasonal delicious tropical fruits in our garden such as mangoes, pineapple, papaya, star fruit (carambola), lychee (litchi), sapodilla, sugar apple, mamey apple, Malay apple, Zozo and Indian plums, and many other different fruits - a rare treat for Key West vacation. (**Sorry, due to hurricanes, we lost most of our trees and there will not be fruits and flowers for a while. The new landscaping is in progress now.)

Swimming Pool:

We have installed Aqua Logic in our pool for your soft healthy, pure, sparkling clean swimming pleasure. Imagine no cholorine smell or irritation, no red eyes or dry skin, just silky soft inviting water ready when you are.

Boat right around Cudjoe and many other keys to find the best flats fishing, snorkeling, and secluded beaches. Snorkel around mangroves to see groups of snapper, grouper, stingrays, barracudas and much more. During low tide, you can bank your boat on a sand bar walk in shallow water on pristine white sand!

One of the 10 Best Beaches in the USA: Where in the continental USA can you walk a half mile from the beach into the ocean in clear shallow water up to your knees on fine white sand? Answer: Bahia Honda State Park! This park is just 15 minutes away from us and is world renowned with one of the ten best beaches in the USA. (According to Conde Nast Travel Magazine and USA Today.)

Looe Key Reef National Marine Sanctuary, within 5 miles offshore, is one of the best diving sites in the world. Unlock the mysteries of the living coral, swim with the fish, spend a day on our gorgeous water wind surfing, para-sailing, kayaking or backcountry boating.

Cudjoe Key is approximately two square miles with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. It is connected by bridge to Summerland Key to the north, where there are gas stations, banks, a US post office, dive and tackle shops, convenience store, restaurants, and medium-size grocery store. One block from us is a convenience store and two restaurants.
